We have affectionately named these hoodies after the most frequent calls we seem to do here in EMS.

These hoodies are meant to fit slightly loose. We recommend sizing up if you want a more oversized fit. Also if you are tall and have long arms we recommend sizing up.
*Washing Instructions - we highly recommend hanging to dry. Once dry, toss in the dryer for 5 mins for hoodie to regain it's softness and shape.
Please keep in mind chest is measure half way across

About the Campaign
The goal of the campaign is to spread social awareness worldwide in regards to First Responder mental health issues. We strive to create an open platform of discussion, a safe space for First Responders to connect, as well as an outlet to raise money to donate back into the community. We support initiatives and organizations that focus on providing mental health supports for all First Responders.

If you are worried about sizing, please refer to our size charts. If that still does not help, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
If the garment has a defect (ie hole, stitching unravelling, logo peeling off) please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. If it is outside of the 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, we require photos and your receipt or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@ivegotyourback911.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
