Are you a big company?

No, not at all. Our organization mainly consists of 4 people – more on the "tiny" side BUT incredibly busy.

I know everyone is excited about ordering, getting their things, getting their questions answered, asking about a “PTSD Promotional Event” (if we can attend – a lot more of these lately) as this campaign gets more awareness weekly…..

YES – We want to answer and help all that #IVEGOTYOURBACK911 can immediately BUT, sometimes we can’t right away. We will get to you…may not be right away….but you are on a list….:)

Can we add our own designs?

Occasionally we get requests for specific Designations and Associations – Yes, we can look at what you need and make suggestions. Special designations are done in bulk orders of 15 garments or more. Want more into? Email us @

Do I get a tracking #?

90% of our orders will have tracking.  Packages that don't have tracking are those that go by letter mail ie small enough to fit through a slot.  Most of our single t-shirt orders will also go by letter mail.  

Lost or stolen packages

If an order is fulfilled by us and shipped to you with tracking provided, and the order is delivered to your residence with confirmation from Canada Post, it is no longer our responsibility. We have provided our due diligence.  If the package DOES NOT arrive and shows NOT DELIVERED, we will file a claim for you.  If you have been having issues with parcels going missing from your mailing address, we recommend that you have your parcels shipped to a more reliable destination. Yelling at us and threatening a poor review on social media when your parcel goes missing from your porch is not appreciated :)

Do you take Interac email transfers? 

We used to. Not anymore. It’s become too much work for us. Sorry about that y’all

How long will it take to get my order?

Our shipping ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on where you live. Far east, west and north can sometimes take up to 13 days even if it is expedited. Thank you for your patience and support.  We do our best to ship your order out within 2-3 days of receiving it.  Sometimes it's same day.

My credit card doesn’t seem to be working...

When this happens, we have found that 99.9% of the time the customers credit card has some “hold” or similar security add-on to stop purchases on the web. Please consult your Credit Card company prior to emailing us.  Also please make sure the name on the card matches the "billing" address

If you are worried about sizing, please refer to our size charts. If that still does not help, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

If the garment has a defect (ie hole, stitching unravelling, logo peeling off) please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. If it is outside of the 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.To be eligible for an exchange, we require photos and your receipt or order number.  To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at

Order Issues 
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 30 days of receipt if there is a defect, missing item, or if you receive the wrong item. If it is outside of the 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
