Are you a big company?
No, not at all. Our organization consists of a small team of four people — more on the “tiny” side, but incredibly busy.
As this campaign gains awareness, we receive a growing number of orders, questions, and requests (including inquiries about PTSD promotional events). While we genuinely want to help everyone as quickly as possible, we may not always be able to respond immediately.
Please know that we will get to you — it just may take a little time. We appreciate your patience and support. 🙂
Can we add our own designs?
Occasionally, we receive requests for specific designations or associations. Yes, we can review what you need and make suggestions.
Custom or special designations are available for bulk orders of 15 garments or more.

Do I get a tracking number?
Approximately 90% of our orders include tracking.
Orders without tracking are typically shipped via letter mail (small enough to fit through a mail slot). Most single t-shirt orders are also sent by letter mail.
Lost or stolen packages
If an order is fulfilled by us, shipped with tracking, and marked as delivered by Canada Post, it is considered complete and is no longer our responsibility.
If a package does not arrive and shows as NOT DELIVERED, we will file a claim on your behalf.
If you experience frequent issues with missing parcels, we strongly recommend shipping to a more secure location. Please understand that missing packages from a confirmed delivery address are beyond our control, and hostile messages or negative reviews in these cases are not appreciated.
Do you take Interac e-Transfers?
We used to, but we no longer accept Interac e-Transfers. Unfortunately, it became too time-consuming to manage.

How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. Remote areas (far east, west, or north) may take up to 13 days, even with expedited shipping.
We do our best to ship orders within 2–3 business days of receiving them — and sometimes even the same day. Thank you for your patience and support.
I want to place a bulk order. How do I do that?

My credit card doesn’t seem to be working…
In our experience, 99.9% of credit card issues are caused by a security hold or restriction placed by the card issuer.
Please contact your credit card company before emailing us. Also, make sure the name on your card matches the billing address entered at checkout.
Returns & Refunds — ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please review our size charts first. If you still need help, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
If a garment has a defect (such as a hole, stitching issues, or logo peeling), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace defective items reported within this timeframe.
To be eligible for an exchange, we require:
- photos of the defect
- your receipt or order number
To start a return, email info@ivegotyourback911.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 30 days if there is:
- a defect
- a missing item
- or an incorrect item
Issues reported after 30 days are not eligible for a return or exchange.
