The Skull, Mask and IVEGOTYOURBACK911 badge patch are all hook and loop patches. This means they have the part to sew onto a garment or bag if your garment or bag does not already have Velcro attached to it.  If you already have Velcro affixed to your bag, you can take off the backing of the patch and stick the patch directly on to adhere to the existing Velcro 

The “FIRE” patch is Velcro only which means it will stick to anything you already have that has Velcro on it ! 

 

 

About the Campaign

The goal of the campaign is to spread social awareness worldwide in regards to First Responder mental health issues. We strive to create an open platform of discussion, a safe space for First Responders to connect, as well as an outlet to raise money to donate back into the community. We support initiatives and organizations that focus on providing mental health supports for all First Responders.

If you are worried about sizing, please refer to our size charts. If that still does not help, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

If the garment has a defect (ie hole, stitching unravelling, logo peeling off) please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. If it is outside of the 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, we require photos and your receipt or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@ivegotyourback911.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
