Returns & Refunds:
As each order is made custom for you, we do not offer refunds/exchanges unless the garment is spoiled (this is rare as we do “a double check” before each mailing) . Size charts are on each product page – please refer to them for sizing. All of our garments are custom made in shop. (Hoodies, Tees, Long Sleeves, Crew Necks, Zip Ups) If you have ordered the wrong size, you will have 30 days from time of order to contact us. Cost of shipping back to us for a return will be the customer's responsibility as well as shipping back to customer on the new garment. The new item will be covered by us. These garments must be unwashed and unworn. Certain restrictions apply. ** Any designation garment, or specialty cut garment (ie Dog Paws, Turtle Cuts) can not be exchanged or returned. If the garment has a defect ie hole, stitching unravelling, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
